Kano Govt Revokes Kannywood Actress Samha Inuwa’s License Over Indecent Dressing

The Kano State government has revoked the license of Kannywood actress Samha Inuwa, citing allegations of indecent dressing that contravene cultural and moral standards in the state.

The Kano State government has revoked actress Samha M. Inuwa’s operating license due to her indecent dressing and the posting of vulgar content.

The government also prohibited any films that included Samha.

The government announced this in a statement released on Saturday by Abdullahi Sani Sulaiman, the Information Officer of its Censorship Board.

Sulaiman stated that the actress, who had been repeatedly cautioned about her “inappropriate attire and explicit behavior,” has persisted in disregarding the Board’s rules.

Samha was prohibited from participating in any films for the following year.

The statement indicates that the action was taken following numerous complaints from Kano residents about her behavior.
