JUST IN: N50m on the individuals responsible for the murder of the Finance Director – Ogun Govt 

The Ogun State Government has declared a N50 million reward for information leading to the capture of the individuals responsible for the death of Mr. Taiwo Oyekanmi, the former Director of Finance and Administration attached to the Oke-Mosan Abeokuta office of Governor Dapo Abiodun.

Oyekanmi, 51, was shot and killed by assailants at the Kuto Flyover Bridge in Abeokuta on Wednesday, 29 November.

The bounty was declared in a statement released on Friday in the state capital of Abeokuta by Tokunbo Talabi, the secretary to the state government.

It said, “All information submitted will be handled in the strictest confidence. The following phone numbers, which are not on the list, can receive such information: 08037441955, 08033074371, 08081775020, 08034062773, 08032136765.

When Oyekanmi and two other individuals returned to the Governor’s Office carrying cash purportedly taken from two significant commercial banks in the Abeokuta city, they were approached by the thugs brandishing guns.
