Previously, the prosecution’s attorney, Inspector Ijuptil Thawal, informed the court that Garba Mohammed reported the case on May 4 at the Railway Police station in Jos.
Before being apprehended, the prosecutor said that the prisoner had broken into the railway quarter and taken seven articles of clothes.
He claims that the Plateau Penal Code Law penalises the offence. (NAN)
