James Christian Kimmel, a well-known American television host and producer, will be hosting the Oscars for a fourth time.
The news was released in a statement on Wednesday by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, which organises the awards.

“I always dreamed of hosting the Oscars exactly four times,” stated Kimmel in an Academy statement.
On March 10, 2024, the 96th Academy Awards will be televised globally on broadcast networks owned by Walt Disney (DIS.N) and ABC.
According to OBASANJO NEWS24, Kimmel, who presided over the 95th Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in March of last year, presented a return to basics programme aimed at commemorating the moviegoing industry’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. Kimmel received an Emmy nomination for his work.
In 2017 and 2018, he was the event’s host as well.
