Former striker for Manchester United, Mason Mount has come under fire from former teammate Louis Saha for “shying away from responsibility.”

As Manchester United’s miserable season gets underway, Saha said that Mount has been dodging the ball and showing no leadership on the pitch.

He claims that he has witnessed some “shocking” things from Mount at Man United.

For £60 million in the summer, Mount left Chelsea to join Man United.

To until this season, though, the England international has had trouble living up to the asking price.

Mason Mount has occasionally refused to ask for the ball this season, according to Saha, who spoke with BettingOdds.

To see a player of that calibre avoid accepting accountability as a responsibility is astounding to me.

His play is not acceptable; he is too talented to play this way, to not be willing to get the ball and change things.

He appears to lack confidence in himself right now, despite his obvious quality. I am not very satisfied with Mason Mount right now, and he needs to demonstrate bravery and dedication.
