The Labour Party (LP) candidate for president in the most recent election, Peter Obi, has urged his followers and other nation residents to maintain peace and uphold the law ahead of Bola Tinubu’s inauguration on Monday.
Obi asserts that the true winner of the vote will be determined in due time by a court of law alone.
Speaking outside of a gathering in Kaduna State, the former governor of Anambra said that the country’s security, peace, and stability come before all other considerations.
Therefore, he urged everyone to uphold the law and contribute to the nation’s success and development.
“The most essential thing right now is that we keep moving forward along the road of peace, religious harmony, ethnic harmony, and cohabitation.
Let’s have a calm, peaceful Nigeria where the government focuses on alleviating the pain of the populace, said Obi.
