According to reports, a tragic accident in Imo has claimed the lives of an entire family of eight. The incident took place at the Amanwozuzu junction in the Ikeduru Local Government Area.
The Divisional Police Officer, Lucky Ahiole, confirmed the devastating news, stating that the collision occurred between a Sienna car carrying the family and a stationary truck transporting rods. Sadly, all eight individuals in the Sienna car lost their lives in the accident.
The authorities have taken the bodies to a morgue after having to break open the vehicle to retrieve them.
This heartbreaking incident serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and the need for caution while driving.
