Telecommunications operators have been directed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to immediately unblock all phone lines that were previously restricted due to non-linkage of National Identification Numbers (NIN) with SIM cards.
On Monday, Reuben Muoka, the NCC’s Director of Media and Public Affairs declared this announcement.
