Fidelis Ilechukwu, the technical adviser for Rangers, has disclosed the main factor contributing to the team’s success in the Nigeria Premier Football League this year.
Ilechukwu emphasised that the team’s success depended on the management giving the players’ well-being the utmost importance.
The Rangers’ victory over Bendel Insurance on Sunday resulted in their ninth NPFL championship.
He informed the media, “I know we are going to become the champions because the management set-up is very important from the beginning.”

“You cannot expect less from management that prioritises the players’ well-being.
“Rangers have excellent football motivation, a solid technical staff, and everything functions well together.”
Rangers have played 37 games this season and have accumulated 67 points.
