The election of Honourable Ibori-Suenu Erhiatake (PDP) of Delta State has been affirmed by a Court of Appeal located in Lagos.
Speaker Erhiatake of the Peoples Democratic Party for the Ethiopian Federal Constituency startled Ben Rolands Igbakpa of the APC and Halims Ahoda of the NNPP.
The ruling was given on Tuesday in Lagos by Justice Waziri, Justice Senchi, and Honourable Justice Festus Ogbuinaya.

Ibori-Suenu is the daughter of Chief James Onanefe Ibori, a former Delta State governor and national leader of the PDP in the state.
The appellate court overturned the lower court’s decision by stating that the PDP candidate’s petition was meritorious and allowing it.
In a news release released on Tuesday, Representative Erhiatake hailed the court of appeals’ decision as a triumph for God and her people.
She praised the court of appeals’ ruling, declaring that democracy is here to stay.
