The management of Oladipupo Oladimeji, better known by his stage name Oladips, a Nigerian rapper, recently declared him dead, however he was actually unconscious for three days.
He emphasised that “traditional rites” were carried out to resuscitate him and insisted that his circumstances were real, despite rumours to the contrary.

In a recent interview with Naija FM in Lagos, he revealed this.
Oladips stated, “My teammates were pounding me while I was unconscious, and since I wasn’t responding, they assumed I was dead. My mother instructed them to bring me to her instead of the hospital.
I spent two or three days in a coma. I visited a hospital, but it wasn’t your typical hospital. It is common knowledge that I am a product of the land. I will not pretend, therefore. I was given a few traditional ceremonies to help me feel better. My mother tried everything to save my life.
