I have never requested payment for a feature- Simi

Singer Simi Kosoko, from Nigeria, has disclosed that she doesn’t charge musicians for a feature.

In a recent Tea With Tay podcast episode, Simi revealed this.

The single mother claims that she is picky about the songs she appears in and that she only does so if she truly enjoys the music.

“I have never charged for a feature up until this point. I have to truly enjoy a feature before I do it.

“I must enjoy the song. Give me a half-day, and if I enjoy the music, I’m done. I’ll probably say no if I don’t like the song. It’s not a personal matter. I’m able to accept “No.” Nothing about things is personal; it’s just what it is.
