A woman has been detained after accusing prominent Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus of introducing girls to senior politicians for prostitution.
Remember that the lady, simply known as Oge, accused the actress of being a professional pimp who connects ladies to politicians for prostitution in a viral video on social media a few days ago.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Eniola responded to the claim by cautioning those who fabricate lies about her reputation to proceed carefully.
“Trend cautiously. Won’t you be Badoskyy leti? Set ko gbo nkankan Awon. “Zero response,” Eniola wrote in Yoruba.
On Sunday, however, a video published on Eniola Badmus tv on YouTube showed Oge in police custody at an undisclosed location.
The viral video showed the troll pleading with Badmus for forgiveness, emphasising that the viral tape was created out of desperation to pay her house rent.
Oge went on to say that she was paid N200,000 to trash the actress.
“So, one of my friends said that if I came out and talked about Miss Eniola Badmus, he was going to send me N200,000 because I told him about my rent,” she explained. That was the impetus for making the film in the first place.
“I’m very sorry. I only did it for the money. “I was desperate to pay my rent.”
On Saturday, July 22, Oge was detained after the actress reported the incident to authorities.
