Speaking in a recent interview with Elle, Tems detailed a reckless experience where she was forced to leap out of a plane while skydiving.
The Oscar-nominated diva claimed that her experience leaping out of a plane was her most hazardous to yet.
“What’s the most dangerous thing you’ve ever done?” asks the interviewer.
Tems: “Jumping out of a plane is the most dangerous thing I’ve ever done.” I’ve skydived once, though I’m not even sure how high. And for a little moment, I believe I thought, “Am I dying?” Who sent me to do this is unknown to me. I’m not sure why I made this decision, but I’m plummeting right now.
“My uncle persuaded my cousins and me to jump.” I thought, “Whoa!” Very cool. Daredevil. After we boarded the aircraft, I remarked, “I’ll just stay in the plane,” to which they replied, “No, I can’t.” They drove us away.
