Abubakar admitted to disseminating misinformation about Suleman and inflicting distress on him through social media.
The conflict between Halima Abubakar and Apostle Suleman began in 2022 when the actress became bedridden after her dispute with the clergyman.
While the actress was sick, her family used social media to urge the clergyman to keep his distance from her.

Halima Abubakar requested an apology from Apostle Suleman through a letter addressed to the clergyman.
She expressed sincere regrets for harming his reputation, hoping her letter might help repair the damage somewhat.
The letter states: “I acknowledge making false accusations against you and sincerely regret my actions and the harm I caused to you, your wife, Dr. Lizzy Suleman, your family, and the leaders of Omega Fire Ministry.”
