On the occasion of Psquare’s 41st birthday, Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, posted a message of thanks on social media.
Obi posted a picture of the twin brothers Peter and Paul Okoye on his Instagram page on Friday to celebrate the music pair.
The presidential contender praised them for leading the Obidient movement and asked for further blessings for them.
As they celebrated their birthdays today, he remarked, “My dear @imkingrudy and @peterpsquare of the Psquare renown, I wish you more blessings.
I appreciate you speaking up for the Obidient movement.
Never will our labor be in vain.

After Obi left the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the pair were the first to publicly express their support for his bid for the presidency.
Peter Obi had made his intention to leave the PDP known in May.
Peter Okoye expressed his support for Peter Obi regardless of the party he is a member of in response to Obi’s choice via his Twitter account.
Peter said, “We follow Peter Obi everywhere he goes.
Not now.
We are following him personally, not because of a group or organization!
We shift.”
