Rotimi additionally disclosed that on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 when the House reconvenes, there will be a swearing-in ceremony for the recently appointed officials of the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) and both Joint Senate/House Ad Hoc Committees that are responsible for investigating affairs within the Petroleum Industry.

While on recess, House members proactively connected with their constituents by tackling concerns and supervising ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs) consistent with the responsibilities laid out in the 1999 Constitution (as amended) as well as House Standing Orders.
