Hilda Baci, a well-known Nigerian cook, disproved rumors that she was charging $25,000 Naira for visitors to Abuja to watch her prepare food.
A post on Hilda’s Instagram page contained the denial.
Hilda, who was born in Akwa Ibom State, stated that she did not request that anyone pay such a sum of money for the’meet and greet’ session with her followers in Abuja, contrary to reports that had surfaced.
Greetings to all. I’m not hosting any meet and greets in Abuja, just to let everyone know. Aside from that, I would never demand payment. She put pen to paper.
After breaking the previous Guinness World record, held by an Indian chef named Lata Tondon, the 27-year-old gained notoriety by completing 100 hours of marathon cooking.
