Hajiya Amina Lamide Musa, the Chief Registrar of the State High Court, revealed this in a declaration that she signed.

It was learned that, during an inspection visit to the court, the CJ ordered the High Court’s immediate relocation while renovations were being completed.

Justice Abdulmalik revealed that the move came about as a result of the High Court’s renovations starting.

“Litigants and members of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in Minna and Suleja should file their processes at the High Court’s temporary location as of this announcement,” the speaker stated.

The message instructed the general public and solicitors to direct all legal disputes and other required procedures towards swift judicial and administrative action.

For almost ten years, the High Court has been in poor condition; as a result, staff members are rumoured to have fled the building whenever it rains.
