The team, according to Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, is to blame for Kai Havertz’s sluggish start to his career at the club.
Despite Havertz’s dismal performance at Chelsea, Arteta approved a £65 million transfer for the German.
Having lost experienced Granit Xhaka to Bayer Leverkusen in the summer, Havertz has frequently been forced to play a deeper role in midfield.

Only one goal and one assist have been registered by the 24-year-old since his arrival at the Emirates.
When asked about Havertz’s dismal start, Arteta, who was speaking to the media on Friday, was quick to point to shared responsibility.
“I won’t blame any specific person for it. I am part of a team, Arteta declared.
