Harrysong, the Nigerian singer and instrumentalist Harrison Tare Okiri, has pleaded with Kcee, the owner of his old record company, to pay him the royalties he has been due for the last seven years.

According to Obasanjo News24, Harrysong and Kcee had a contentious falling out in 2016.

On Monday, though, he asked his followers on social media to support him in his request for Kcee to release his entitlement.

“I’m here to ask for your assistance in pleading with Kingsley Okonkwo, also known as Kcee, to return my money and release my music.

He has been the one receiving 100% of my earnings from all of my hit songs, including Reggea blues, Baba for the girls, Samankwe, Better Pikin, and Ofeshe, for more than seven years. It isn’t just.

If nothing else, he can take his share and give me what is truly mine. I’m begging you, even though I know he enjoys bullying since he’s Power Mike. The songs belong to me, so please, be fair and give me what is properly mine.
