Save The Poor And Needy Charity Initiative (SPANCI), a non-governmental organisation, has asked President Bola Tinubu to prioritise policies that will strengthen the country’s economy without further delay.
On Tuesday, the group decided to do it.
According to OBASANJO NEWS24, the presidential candidates for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP), Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, respectively, submitted petitions last week asking the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to invalidate Tinubu’s election.
When the tribunal confirmed Tinubu’s election, SPANCI encouraged the President to now prioritise enhancing the welfare of the populace.
The group demanded that the president concentrate on projects that will advance the nation’s economy and improve the quality of life for Nigerians in a statement that was signed by Comrade Yemi Ezekiel Bello, the organisation’s president.
