Legendary Nollywood performer Pete Edochie has expressed his sorrow over the passing of his grandson, Kambilichukwu Leo Yul-Edochie, who passed away at the age of 16.

To media yesterday, Pete Edochie provided the depressing news. He said that on Wednesday, Kambilichukwu had fainted and had a seizure while playing football with his classmates. His son Yul had phoned to inform him of this.
The deceased, according to him, was taken in an ambulance to the Mother and Child Hospital in Lagos, where his demise was subsequently determined to be true.
His late grandchild was characterised by him as a peculiar, bright, and laid-back individual.
“Kambilinachukwu is a shy, gifted, and quiet youngster. You won’t find it easy to ride him. In whatever circumstance, he never becomes enraged.
Edochie was reported by Vanguard as adding, “He may alter his demeanour, but he was a very strange guy in so many areas.
The illustrious actor said, “I’ve always told my kid that I don’t fancy individuals that flourish like Kambilinachukwu because experience has shown me that they don’t survive long.”
The Los Angeles State Police Command has been informed about actor Yul Edochie’s son Kambilichukwu Edochie’s death.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who verified the news early on Friday, said the case will be sent to the State Criminal Investigation Department on Friday [today] for inquiry.
