Governorship aspirant, Akintelure, mourned by Ondo APC
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State is mourning the loss of Dr. Paul Akintelure, one of its gubernatorial aspirants, who passed away in Lagos after a brief illness.

Dr. Akintelure, a medical doctor hailing from Igbotako in Okitipupa Local Government Area, was a respected figure within the party and the community.
Mr. Ade Adetimehin, the state Chairman of APC, expressed deep sorrow over the untimely death of Dr. Akintelure, highlighting their personal friendship and longstanding relationship.
The news of his passing came as a shock to many who knew him and were familiar with his aspirations within the party.
Describing Dr. Akintelure as a highly refined and consistent political figure, Adetimehin emphasized the deceased’s commitment to the betterment of the people and the state through his political endeavors.
The chairman also acknowledged the significant contributions made by Dr. Akintelure to the growth and stability of the APC in Ondo State.
Dr. Akintelure, who was preparing to participate in the party’s primary elections in April, was optimistic about his chances of victory and had various plans for the future.

The State chapter of APC extended its condolences to Dr. Akintelure’s immediate family, the Igbotako Community, his political associates, and the Nigerian Medical Association.
