Umar Anzaku, a PDP chieftain in Nasarawa State, has encouraged Governor Abdullahi Sule to prepare his stuff for leaving office.
He made this statement at a large rally the party’s supporters held in Lafia.
David Ombugadu’s fans and partisans displayed banners and placards at the demonstration on Sunday that said “Ombugadu has arrived” among other slogans. Ombugadu has been proclaimed the legitimate victor of the state’s governorship election.

Anzaku asserted that Ombugadu is the will of God and the people of Nasarawa in an interview with OBASANJO NEWS24 during the demonstration, saying that nothing—not even the appeals court—can alter it.
Our governor is David Ombugadu. Nothing can change the fact that God gave him to us, they stole it, and then God gave it back to us. Even an appeals court cannot alter God’s will. He spoke.
He reminded Governor Sule that he had made a vow to God to hold office for only one term, and that God had complied with his request, and encouraged him to prepare to leave the position as it was no longer his.
“The governor signed an oath before Allah that he would hold office for just one term before resigning. Now that God has heard him and responded to him, he is reluctant to leave.
Sule should pack his stuff and make ready to leave because even the court of appeal will fire him once more, is my suggestion. said Anzaku.
