Abdullahi Sule, the governor of Nasarawa State, has denied removing security men from Senator Umaru Tanko Al-Makura’s private residence in Lafia, the state’s capital.

There have been accusations in various media outlets accusing the Governor of removing the security guards assigned to watch over Al-Makura’s residence in Lafia.

In response to the viral reports, Emmanuel Innocent Akwe, Governor Sule’s personal assistant on media, denied any association between Governor Sule and the recent removal of security personnel from Senator Al-Makura’s residence.

Akwe questioned the veracity of the aforementioned post, branding those spreading the erroneous information as attention seekers, troublemakers, and aimless individuals.

Emmanuel asked the general public to ignore any information about the matter coming from such sources.
