Gov Otu encourages Muslims to continue praying for Nigeria

Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State has issued a heartfelt plea to the Muslim community in Nigeria, urging them to continue praying for peace and unity within the country amidst the ongoing economic challenges.

As the Muslim faithful celebrate the 2024 Eid-el-Fitr, Governor Otu, through his Chief Press Secretary, Gill Nsa, conveyed his message of goodwill and appreciation for their love, selflessness, and sacrifices during the holy month of Ramadan.

He emphasized the importance of carrying forward these acts of kindness and generosity beyond the conclusion of Ramadan, encouraging Muslims to reflect upon and practice the fundamental principles and teachings of the holy month.
