Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has affirmed that his administration will not be prematurely terminated, emphasizing that the people of Rivers State can confirm his victory in the 2023 gubernatorial election.
Fubara reassured the citizens of Rivers State to remain calm, highlighting his administration’s commitment to safeguarding their lives and properties.
During a meeting with members of the Family Support Group at the Government House in Port Harcourt, Fubara, represented by Dr. George Nwaeke, the Head of the Civil Service,the government expressed that the government is dedicated to the welfare of the youth, women, men, and all well-meaning Nigerians who have the state’s best interests at heart.
The governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Nelson Chukwudi, conveyed the message that the people of Rivers State have unequivocally supported the administration and that there are no plans to curtail the mandate given to them by the populace.
Fubara’s administration has initiated significant infrastructure projects, such as the Port Harcourt Ring Road and the Trans-Kalabari Road, demonstrating a commitment to development and progress in Rivers State. The construction of the Elele-Egbeda-Omoku Road has also commenced, showcasing the government’s dedication to improving transportation infrastructure in the region.
