According to Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the RCCG, God would soon intervene on behalf of ordinary Nigerians who are being mistreated by people in positions of authority.
Adeboye said that God had revealed that certain balloons will burst in 2023 at the start of the year during a live sermon on Sunday.
The well-liked priest bemoaned how certain people in positions of power made life difficult for ordinary Nigerians.
He said, “The Almighty God predicted that certain balloons will explode at the start of this year. Because there are certain people who are making life difficult for the average person, I am looking forward to watching those balloons pop. They are in a position to cause harm to individuals and have the authority to do so.

“They abuse their influence to bring misery to the average guy. Some balloons must deflate. Nebuchadnezzar was aware of the identity of the Most High God by the time God was through with him.
The man of God also warned that worms will consume any dishonest citizens who tried to halt the spread of the Gospel.
“I can state with certainty that anyone who attempts to obstruct the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ will be devoured by worms!
The Almighty God’s strong hands will descend and strike certain individuals, pointing them out to worms, he said. The heavens will then open.
