Globacom, a provider of telecommunications services, has introduced M-Agric – an agricultural aid service that guides users through the practical processes involved in running thriving farming businesses for Livestock, Aquaculture, Cash Crops and Value-Additions.
This initiative aligns with the company’s dedication to promoting food sustainability within Nigeria.
In partnership with the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture, the company launched an agricultural support lottery service that aims to inspire and equip intelligent, ambitious Nigerian youth to pursue farming. The objective is to contribute towards securing a steady supply of affordable food in Nigeria.
Globacom’s press statement revealed that M-Agric is a valuable lottery service, aimed at offering customers practical guidelines on cultivating their own food and increasing revenue by capitalizing fully on opportunities available in the agricultural industry.

Moreover, it offers users winning prospects to secure impressive amounts of cash prizes alongside farm equipment and internship openings through trivia questions.
Additionally, subscribers can schedule messages containing essential farming tips regularly- daily/weekly/monthly based upon personal preferences delivered directly to their mobile devices.
You can subscribe to this service for N50 per day, N200 per week or N500 per month. Glo prepaid and postpaid customers (both new and existing) are entitled to a free trial that lasts an entire day. At the end of each week, individuals who have subscribed and answered trivia questions correctly will be eligible for a prize draw.
Globacom revealed that the selection process of lottery winners depends on their ability to answer trivia questions accurately. “Our lottery draw presents fantastic rewards to exceptional quiz enthusiasts.
Participants who flawlessly complete all trivias will be separated into two individuals, both of whom shall receive astounding gifts,” Globacom stated.
To participate in the lottery, individuals interested in M-Agric are advised to dial *20791*2# and comply with the instructions. As per Globacom’s announcement, by answering three questions related to that day’s topic, a subscriber has a chance of winning immediate airtime or cash rewards depending on their performance.
