Chidera, the ex-wife of well-known actress and media figure Gideon Okeke, has given a strong warning in response to his recent comments about how single mothers treat their ex-spouses unfairly.

Remember that Okeke had recently criticised single moms on his Instagram Story for not letting their ex-partners spend time with their kids on purpose.

He said that his divorce made him understand that many men are “going through and enduring a litany of ills as a result of a failed marriage, leaving the kid in tow, as victims.”

He told single moms to be kind and let their ex-spouses see their kids.

Chidera, his ex-wife, told him through her Instagram story that if he let her talk, there would be bad things that would happen.

Using an Igbo saying as an example, she said, “Because the millipede that was stepped on didn’t scream, but the foot that stepped on it keeps screaming “my foot, my foot.”

She said that she would always be the “bigger person” and go on with her life.
