The national chairs of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Julius Abure of the Labour Party (LP), Abdullahi Ganduje of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Umar Damagum of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have arrived at the Supreme Court.
The PDP’s Atiku Abubakar and the LP’s Peter Obi, who are contesting President Bola Tinubu’s win in the presidential election on February 25, will have their petitions heard by the Supreme Court.

Following the dismissal of their cases by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal due to insufficient evidence supporting their claims of electoral malpractice and irregularities, Atiku and Obi filed the appeal.
On Thursday, the supreme court will issue its final decision regarding the appeals.
The party chairmen were spotted greeting each other when they arrived at the meeting before the decision was made.
The National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, and Chris Uche SAN, Atiku Abubakar’s primary attorney, are also in court.
