Mbappe’s X account has been hijacked by fraudsters. Learn more about the breach and how it affects the football star’s online presence.

On early Thursday, Kylian Mbappé’s X account got hacked which resulted in a number of provocative tweets causing extensive reactions on the platform.

Lionel Messi was targeted by hackers who posted negative comments against him, even alleging that he would be joining Manchester United. In one tweet, it was declared that Cristiano Ronaldo is the ultimate football player while calling Lionel Messi a “midget” and not worthy of being their greatest of all time pick (their GOAT).

Furthermore, Chelsea was a target of the hackers who insinuated that the team is not performing well. One tweet read “Chelsea are washed, g.” Their other postings included “Manchester is Red”, and a playful message suggesting a possible future transfer: “@ManCity… fooled ya! I’m heading to @ManUTD in 2028 for an epic free transfer deal!”

In addition to denigrating Tottenham with a spiteful comment, the compromised account expressed admiration for @UTDTrey as “the top-notch account.”

According to reports, there is a potential connection between the hack and the cryptocurrency token called ‘MBAPPE’. Its value skyrocketed to millions of pounds soon after the tweets were shared but later dropped back down to zero.

As of present, Mbappé has yet to publicly acknowledge the occurrence.
