Flavour Mourns the Loss of His Father

Flavour, the Nigerian highlife musician Chinedu Okoli, lost his father, Elder Onyemaechi Okoli.

The depressing news was shared by the “Ijele” crooner on his X (formerly Twitter) account.

Elder Okoli died on May 22, 2023, a Wednesday.

Flavour wrote in Igbo, expressing his sorrow, “May my father, who goes by the nickname Ijele, rest in peace. God is the giver and the taker.

Fans and coworkers of the artist have been expressing their condolences through the comment area in the meantime.

The deceased’s funeral arrangements have not yet been made public by the family.
