First Lady turns 63, Tinubu rejoices
First Lady Oluremi, the wife of President Bola Tinubu, has been hailed as a steadfast supporter of his ascent to success.
The president wrote a personal letter to the First Lady in which he expressed how much he had cherished their shared experiences in family, politics, and business.
“The one particular person who, for 36 beautiful years, has consistently made my days full of joy and laughter is my trusted partner in every endeavour.
“Today is a wonderful reminder of the trip we have taken together, in addition to being a day to celebrate another year of your purposeful life.
We have experienced the uncertainty of taking risky but honourable actions against tyranny throughout the course of all these years. The sacrifices you made for us during that terrifying, dark time are something that many people cannot truly understand, but I can and always will.
Adventure, love, and laughter have all been part of our experiences. We have fought the beast of defeat, we have celebrated wins, and we have done all of this together in an unbreakable relationship, he said.
In addition, Tinubu claimed that throughout time, their love and dedication to one another had only become stronger. Their relationship had endured both good times and bad, she said.
“I want to thank you for being the sunshine that never sets and makes even the darkest of my days bright.
“Every day I am more and more in awe of your generosity, your intelligence, and your inner and outer beauty.
I want you to know how incredibly grateful I am for your calm presence in my life as we celebrate your birthday.
As we continue on this path together, which God Almighty has predetermined for us, he remarked, “I look forward to many more years filled with even greater laughter and love.”
He asked the Lord to keep the First Lady in his care, to keep her under his protection, and to grant her long life.
