Nigeria’s Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Chief Uche Nnaji emphasized the government’s dedication to a strong coordination of Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI) ecosystem in the country.

Nnaji highlighted the importance of fostering collaboration between academia, industry, government, and the community to create an environment conducive to groundbreaking innovations.
The vision is for Nigeria to become a hub for African innovation by implementing a three-pronged approach that includes strengthening institutional frameworks, fostering Public-Private Partnerships, and investing in education and training to build a skilled workforce for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
