“The Federal Ministry of Works, on behalf of the Federal Government, would like to notify motorists that plans to complete extensive repairs on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos have been finalised.

Given the foregoing, the driving public is thus informed that the ramps connecting Lagos-Island (Adeniji Adele) to Adekunle and Oworonshoki to Adekunle will undergo simultaneous repair work.

She stated, “As a result, beginning Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, at 7:00 a.m., the two ramps mentioned above will be closed to traffic for a period of five weeks.”

The controller suggested taking detours for drivers.

As a result, drivers are urged to assist traffic management personnel by following all instructions and obeying any diversions. The alternate roads that are attached are urged to be used by them,” she continued.

In an interview with Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily last month, Keisha revealed that significant bridge repairs would start in January 2024.

She states that the Federal Government has already granted the contract and that its current goal is to carry out palliative activities.
