FG designates additional motor parks for 50% discount on return trip transport fare

The administration of President Bola Tinubu has expanded the list of motor parks where Nigerians can take advantage of the government’s 50% discount on transport fares for return trips during the festive season.

In preparation for Christmas, five transport companies have been selected to implement the reduction in interstate transport fares and offer free train rides for Nigerians traveling between December 21, 2023, and January 4, 2024.

The Office of the Special Adviser on Social Media to the President has released a list of motor park terminals across the country where individuals can access the 50% transport fare reduction on their return journey.

The designated terminals include Oshodi Terminal 3 in Lagos, Jabi Park in Abuja, Umugo Park in Onitsha, Abia Polytechnic in Aba, Balmary Park in Kano, Mando Park in Kaduna, and Television Garage for the Eastern route, among others.
