According to well-known singer Alexander Adegbola Akande, better known by his stage as 9ice, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, the late father of afrobeat, offered Nigerian musicians a stage on which to perform for audiences around the globe.
This was said in a recent interview with Sis Project Studios by the singer of “Gongo Aso.”
