Shiny Osayi-Samuel has advised the rest of the Super Eagles to be prepared for a challenging 2023 Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
When hostilities start in Cote d’Ivoire in January of next year, the Super Eagles will be aiming to win a fourth AFCON championship.
The hosts Cote d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, and Guinea-Bissau make up the group that the West Africans were drawn in, which is a rather simple one.
However, Osayi-Samuel, a player for Fenerbahce of the Turkish Super Lig, thinks the club won’t have it easy in the league.

According to the right-back, “I think every team is difficult.” Naija Football.
“Since we are competing in a competition, everyone will be trying to defeat Nigeria because of the prestige, size, and strength of our footballing nation and team. So, each game will be challenging.
On January 14, the Super Eagles will face Equatorial Guinea at the Alhassan Quattara Stadium to kick off their 2023 AFCON campaign.
Four days later, the three-time African champions will play the Cote d’Ivoire hosts.
On January 22, they will face off against the Guinea-Bissau Djurtus in their final group match.
