European Super League ban by FIFA and UEFA overturned by court ruling

“There are no such requirements pertaining to the authority of FIFA or UEFA. Thus, UEFA and FIFA are abusing their strong positions. Furthermore, their regulations regarding authorization, oversight, and penalties must be deemed unreasonable limitations on the liberty to offer services, according to a portion of the statement.
This does not imply that a competition like the Super League idea has to be accepted. The Court’s decision makes no mention of that particular initiative.
A22, the Super League’s supporters, have been accused of breaching the law by FIFA and UEFA.
But the European Court of Justice’s decision today has rejected them.
Recall that of the twelve clubs who came together to form the new Super League, only Real Madrid and Barcelona are still in existence.
A number of teams, including Manchester United, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan, Juventus, AC Milan, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, and Manchester United, were also present at the table but quickly left after their supporters voiced opposition.
