Seven players have left Premier League team Manchester United, the club confirmed on Wednesday.

A couple of them left at the conclusion of their contracts: Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial.

To confirm several players’ futures, United made public their retained list.

During their penultimate season match, Martial and Varane have said a tearful goodbye to Old Trafford.

Brandon Williams, an academy grad, follows them out the exit door. Ipswich was the defender’s loan partner for the previous campaign.

Charlie McNeill, Marcus Lawrence, Kie Plumley, and other recent graduates of the institution are also planning to depart.

Another departing player is veteran midfielder Tom Huddlestone. The 37-year-old relocated to Old Trafford in August 2022 to serve as the Red Devils’ U-21 team’s player-coach.

Tom Heaton and Jonny Evans are negotiating potential new deals.
