Chelsea icon, John Terry, has put forth two requests to the west London club in the wake of manager Mauricio Pochettino’s departure from Stamford Bridge.
Terry, who was taken aback by Pochettino’s sudden exit, has urged the Blues to refrain from making any player acquisitions or sales until a new manager is appointed to succeed the Argentine.
On Tuesday, Chelsea officially confirmed that Pochettino would be departing by mutual agreement.

In response to this news, Terry took to his Instagram account to express his disappointment, stating, “Gutted to see Pochettino leave. I just hope we don’t sign or sell any players until we get a new manager in.”
Pochettino had joined Chelsea last summer following his departure from PSG.
Despite facing challenges, he was able to lead Chelsea to a sixth-place finish after an impressive five-game winning streak.
