The manager of Chelsea, Graham Potter, says that his job is the “hardest job in football.”
Thursday night’s Premier League matchup between Fulham and the Blues is on the road.
Chelsea is now in 10th place on the table going into the game after a dismal run of six losses in their previous nine games.
In September 2022, Potter succeeded Thomas Tuchel, and Scott McLachlan, Guy Laurence, Marina Granovskaia, Petr Cech, Bruce Buck, and Scott McLachlan also left Stamford Bridge.
I realised that would be quite challenging. I was just thinking that it is fascinating, difficult, stimulating, and extremely difficult from a leadership standpoint.
“I believe that with the leadership shift, the expectations, and the way that the public views Chelsea, this is certainly the toughest job in sports.” “Naturally, I didn’t anticipate that we would also lose 10 first-team players to injury,” said Potter.
