As the Gunners make their comeback to the Champions League this year, Kevin Campbell, a former Arsenal attacker, has shared his opinion on Declan Rice and Thomas Partey.
The Champions League campaign for this year will begin the following week.
Along with Sevilla, PSV, and Lens, Arsenal is already a member of Group B for the current Champions League campaign.
PSV will be the opponent for Mikel Arteta’s team on Wednesday at Emirates Stadium.
However, Campbell thinks that if the Ghanaian international is healthy enough to play for the Premier League heavyweights this season, Arsenal supporters and football fans will get to watch both Rice and Partey at their best in the Champions League.
“I firmly feel that Declan Rice is now only using roughly 60–65% of his skill. On The Highbury Squad, Campbell stated, “I truly do.
But he’s picking up the game in this system. Even though there have only been four games, he has been outstanding throughout.
“I simply think that his ceiling is enormous. I promise to be completely frank with you. The Champions League is where you can see the best of these players when Thomas Partey is well and you have those two as a pivot.
