After recuperating from an injury, Taiwo Awoniyi might play for Nottingham Forest against Arsenal on Tuesday, according to the Obasanjo News24.

In October 2023, Awoniyi had a groyne injury while serving abroad.
Later, the 26-year-old had surgery, and he hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
“Awoniyi is still recuperating and restoring her appropriate level of fitness. We made the choice to include them in the group. Nuno Espirito Santo, the head coach of Nottingham Forest, said, “We decided to bring them in and then we will decide, instead of waiting for them to be 100 percent ready.”
In ten league games this season, the Nigerian international has netted four goals and provided two assists for the team.
Last season, he scored the most goals for them with ten.
