Enyimba, champions of the Nigeria Professional Football League, has confirmed the acquisition of Frank Boateng, a custodian from Ghana.
Boateng transferred from the Ghanaian team Kotoku Royals FC to the Aba Giants.
The 29-year-old will compete for a starting spot in the match with Olorunleke Ojo and Djeri Bassa.
The seasoned goalie has previously played for notable Ghanaian clubs like as Ashanti Gold, Medeama Sporting Club, and King Faisal.
Boateng has received many calls to play for Ghana’s senior team, the Black Stars.
On Sunday, Enyimba will play their first game of the year against Gombe United.
