No matter what the so-called Aso Rock elements do, Tinubu will win and become the president of Nigeria, according to Fani-Kayode.
Femi Fani-Kayode, a spokesperson for the Tinubu-Shettima Campaign Council, charged that Godwin Emefiele, the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), had introduced the naira redesign strategy with a secret motive.
This was revealed by the former minister on Wednesday’s special election episode of The 2023 Verdict on Channel Television.
Fani-Kayode asserts that Emefiele’s policies are dubious and claims that they are an effort to “create turmoil in this country for everyone and to pave the way for something that is altogether different.”
“This is what I observe, and I must admit that I find the governor of the central bank’s current policies to be dubious.” I don’t question the policy per se; I question when it was implemented. “People are in pain, going through hell, barely making any progress, and I knew before Christmas that they were going to act in this way,” he added.

Fani-Kayode asserted that the apex bank governor is supported by specific forces and that these forces are to blame for his most recent behaviour.
Yes, a cashless policy is ultimately necessary, but why is it being imposed now, when it is so urgent? Nothing but anguish, hostility, and contempt for the whole ruling class—including the All Progressives Congress—will result from it. Additionally, I’m sitting there on your show today, accusing the governor of the central bank of having a secret motive.
“Tinubu will win.”
Bola Tinubu, the spokesman for the APC’s presidential candidate, also responded to Nasir El-Erian’s assertion that there are factions in the White House working to unseat the party’s front-runner in this month’s election.
According to him, the present events are taking place in order to upset the political elite as well as the ruling party.
However, whatever the so-called elements do, Tinubu will win and be chosen as president, according to Fani-Kayode.
Let’s be clear about this once: Buhari and Asiwaju Bola Tinbubu are one, and both the government and the individual are committed to seeing this through to its conclusion. With Asiwaju, the party and the government are united, and together, we are making progress.
