Emefiele granted bail by court

Bail has been granted to former CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele by a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court located in Maitama.

Emefiele was recently granted bail by Justice Olukayode Adeniyi and given to his attorneys. He will appear in court on November 15 to be arraigned before a different judge of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory on a charge that the EFCC had previously brought against him and another individual.

Magaji Ibrahim (SAN), Johnson Usman (SAN), and Matthew Burkaa (SAN) are the attorneys.
