Joe Igbokwe alleges that individuals who lost in the recent elections were plotting a coup against President Tinubu, highlighting serious concerns about political instability and attempts to undermine the democratic process.

Joe Igbokwe, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, has alleged that election losers are planning to overthrow President Bola Tinubu.

According to Igbokwe, Tinubu’s removal through a coup is unlikely due to the extensive preparation that President has put in over 30 years before attaining Nigeria’s top political position.

Igbokwe took to Facebook and posted, “The individuals who lost in the election attempted a coup against an esteemed President who had dedicated almost three decades preparing himself for this high-ranking position.”

“We can play when someone else is the President, not PBAT. They cannot take control of the land.”

An APC leader, Adamu Garba, asserted that the same group of powerful individuals who influenced Goodluck Jonathan’s defeat in 2015 are now targeting Tinubu in Northern Nigeria.

However, Garba pledged that although the Northern group may have triumphed over Jonathan, they would not prevail against Tinubu.
